Autism support in Jamaica
Jamaica Behaviour & Neurodevelopment Centre helps families, schools, and community teams understand autism, reduce behaviour challenges, and build practical support plans.
Many Jamaican families know something is different before they know where to turn. JBNC exists to make autism, behaviour, communication, sensory needs, and school inclusion easier to understand and easier to act on.
The centre's work begins with parent coaching, school consultation, and professional training, then grows through partnerships with local educators, clinicians, churches, and community organizations.

Read about RasheneProfessional Foundation
JBNC is designed around a simple idea: support works best when the adults around a child understand what is happening, share the same language, and have strategies they can use consistently at home, school, and in the community.
Family-Led
JBNC is rooted in both professional training and lived family commitment. Rashene Salmon and her family are part of the reason this work is being built with patience, care, and respect for what families carry every day.
